This month’s wallpaper shows Lilinoe (“fine mist), the younger sister of snow goddess Poli’ahu. It is said that she combs out Poli’ahu’s long hair every day and floats around her head like a cloud. Lilinoe resides on Puʻu ʻUlaʻula, the highest peak of Maui’s shield volcano Haleakalā.
